Journey Visa Consulting provides a free assessment. Our initial consultation is completely free of cost and can take place through an online meeting, over a call, or in person by visiting our office.
The EB-2 NIW process has four stages, with four installments. As each milestone is completed, the next installment will need to be paid. This means that as the process progresses and the candidate is satisfied, payment will be requested accordingly. It is a very affordable payment plan.
We only accept cases with strong profiles that are unlikely to be denied. We also handle the process in a way that helps cases succeed. However, if a case is denied, we refile it and charge a minimal fee. Since the client is already registered with us, we offer a very affordable refiling plan for existing clients.
